### Is a private cannabis-friendly event legal in South Africa?

Since the 2018 Constitutional Court ruling, private use and cultivation by adults is legal. That is why we work with private property and hired private venues, with adult guests, invite-only. We do not run public or ticketed sales events, and we do not sell cannabis.

### What will it actually cost, and what are vendor and venue costs?

You pay one fixed planning fee per event, quoted after we speak and agreed before any work starts. Venue and vendor costs are billed to you at cost, passed through with no markup. On Host Starter you pay vendors directly.

### How do guest list checks, adults-only rules and discretion work?

We manage RSVPs one to one and confirm every guest is an adult before the day. House rules are shared in advance so nobody is surprised. Attendee details stay private, and on branded events a follow-up contact list is shared only with consent.

### What happens on the day, and who is on site?

The founder is on site in person. You get a simple run-sheet, vendors arrive to a set schedule, and we handle arrivals, timings and any problems so you can host. Host Starter includes 4 hours of coordination, and Full Event Coordination covers the whole event.

### Will venues and vendors actually be comfortable with it?

Yes, because we only approach venues that are open to private adult gatherings and vendors we have vetted personally. You do not have to explain the event to a nervous venue owner or hope a caterer pitches up.

### How far ahead should I book, and where do you work?

We work across Johannesburg and Pretoria, mostly on weekends. Book as early as you can, since the founder plans and runs every event personally and only takes a limited number each month. Message us with your date and guest numbers and we will say honestly if it is doable.

### What if only 15 people turn up?

Fifteen is a good size, not a failure. We chase RSVPs before the day so you know your numbers early, and we scale vendors and space to the confirmed list, so a smaller turnout never leaves you with a half-empty room.
